All of our veterans served with the promise of a being able to rely on the Veterans Administration to provide services upon completion of our duty to our country, including access to Community Living Centers
Louisiana has 6 such facilities that allow Honorably Discharged Vets a place to call home when they are no longer able to take care of themselves and may not have a family to look after them
While federal funding is provided to meet the basic needs of our Vets, additional resources can greatly improve their quality of life as they transition into community care

Monetary donations are deposited directly into the Recreational Fund of each facility every quarter. Each facility is different and has different needs, one may want to have a weekly yoga trainer come in, another may want a pool table. We are leaving it up to the veterans to decide how to use the donations. But, you can rest assured we will post updates with donated fund amounts and what they were used for on our Facebook page
